I started the Thoroughbred Horseracing Industry MBA at Liverpool University last year where I was introduced to Sophie Candy, one of last year’s gallant participants. She told me about the Corinthian Challenge and her experiences and I knew I just had to grab this dream opportunity which offered fun, friendships and an extreme physical challenge, all for a great and worthy cause. Having ridden since childhood and with a keen interest in horse racing, I never imagined getting an actual chance to ride in a race let alone three! So, this is a big challenge for me and I am preparing by lots of physical training sessions and riding out as much as I can at a local training yard in Kent whilst holding down a full time job as a serving officer in the British Army. I am delighted and honoured to support such a fantastic charity and I am committed to raising as much as I can in a variety of ways for the Irish Injured Jockeys.
Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about Irish injured Jockeys, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
